IUVSTA's promotion of science education, techniques, and applications in Latin America

The International Union for Vacuum Science, Technique and Applications (IUVSTA) is a union of thirty six national member societies whose main objective is to provide a global platform to promote, disseminate, and educate about vacuum science, techniques, and applications by stimulating international collaboration on related multidisciplinary topics. In this roundtable, we will provide a review of IUVSTA’s activities and purposes to promote its activities in Latin America through the experiences of the Brazilian Vacuum Society (SBV) and the Argeninian Physical Society (AFA) as IUVSTA members.
